A unique security guarantee applies to all customers of the G4S smart surveillance for small businesses. We guarantee that the service is so good that no thief will threaten your business. If we are not fast enough to ensure the integrity of your business, we will compensate you for the damage without deductibles, exclusions and excessive time. We can offer it to you because we are confident in the quality of our service.

In order for your property to be fairly compensated, do not forget to fulfill the following conditions:

  • the security agreement must be active (the agreement must not be suspended/terminated),
  • the guarded object must be armed at the time of the break-in/theft,
  • the security system must be in working order - this is ensured by regular maintenance.

We compensate for damage to property (goods, equipment, office furniture, etc.) as equivalent to the reacquisition value of the property. In addition, the warranty also extends to the interior. Therefore, your company will remain as nice as before, as we reimburse the costs of repairing damage to the interior finish in their restoration value.

What is subject to compensation and in what amount?

We will compensate all losses at the equivalent of repurchase or restoration value. The total compensation paid out is capped at 10,000 euros, which is more than enough in most cases. The security guarantee has no deductible. Therefore, we compensate even the smallest costs that may arise during the invasion.

Within three months from the break-in/theft, send a signed damage statement to G4S (turvagarantii@ee.g4s.com).

What to do if unwanted guests have visited the object?

The most important thing is to stay as calm as possible. Check that none of your employees have been injured and proceed as follows:

  • Report the incident to the police immediately and follow their instructions. Before the arrival of the police, you can only enter the guarded object to prevent more damage.
  • The security guarantee is valid if you notify the G4S alarm center on 651 1911 within one hour of discovering a break-in/theft, and the patrol crew that arrived will record the break-in/theft.
  • Submit an application to initiate misdemeanor or criminal proceedings to the police.
  • If your company is insured, immediately inform the insurer and submit everything necessary for handling the loss. If the insurance has compensated the loss, inform G4S immediately at turvagarantii@ee.g4s.com.
  • Send a signed claim to G4S (turvagarantii@ee.g4s.com) within 3 months from the break-in/theft.
  • A copy of the personal identity document.
  • Police certificate of application submission.
  • Evidence of the causes of the incident and the amount of damage incurred.
  • A copy of the insurance policy (if the security object is insured).
  • Follow the instructions of G4S and the claims handler and answer any questions.
