Qualification course for security managers

The training is intended for security officers, internal security service managers, administrative managers or other employees who are responsible for company security. The training is conducted by G4S trainers and partners who have professional training and long-term work experience.

After passing the professional exam, participants of the training acquire the qualification "Security Manager, level 5".

The prerequisite for participating in the training is at least secondary education and no valid criminal convictions.

Content of the training:

• the principles of creating a security plan,
• laws governing security work,
• risk management and security management,
• technical surveillance systems – their evaluation and use,
• project management in the provision of security services,
• security tactics, special tools in security work, personal protection,
• preparation of major events,
• occupational safety in the field of security,
• managing and guiding people,
• service principles in security work,
• fire safety.
