Change in the terms and conditions of Security Guarantee
G4S Security Guarantee will be made available for all customers of full and combined G4S Home Surveillance service. The aim of Security Guarantee is to offer our customers more sense of security – G4S Home Surveillance minimises the likelihood of a theft. The added guarantee, however, will nullify the damages caused by a theft.
As of 15 December 2016, the procedure for notifying of changing the terms and conditions of Security Guarantee (clause 2.10) will change. As a result of the change, customers will receive a notification informing about changes in the terms and conditions of Security Guarantee via e-mail or if the customer has no e-mail address, via regular mail. The notification will also be published on the website and e-service of G4S.
