* A parcel can weigh up to 40 kg; a parcel can consist of up to 5 separate items, with a maximum total weight of 40 kg, and each further group of 5 items counts as a new separate parcel; maximum parcel dimensions: length 1.2 m, width 0.8 m, height 1.2 m; cubic metres are recalculated into kilograms at the rate 1 cbm = 330 kg.

** All shipments are insured and any parcel that is destroyed or damaged due to our actions will be fully compensated to the client with zero excess for the client.
