The G4S patrol service operates regular inspection visits by G4S patrol teams to the sites being guarded.

A G4S patrol team comes to help if:

• There are suspicious people on the property of the apartment association;
• The domestic peace or the nightly peace of the residents is being disturbed.

A patrol team can be called by the person authorised by the apartment association to do so.

The cost of a patrol team visit is 15.98 EUR.

Visual inspection

A patrol team visually inspects the property of the apartment association, its parking facilities, the immediate surroundings of the building, and other areas to an agreed schedule.

If the G4S team notice anything suspicious or any real danger to the property or residents of the apartment association building, then they immediately notify the G4S security centre and the apartment association contact person of it and either handle the situation themselves or call the police and the rescue services.

Inspection of staircases

A G4S patrol team inspects the staircases of the building when they inspect the surroundings of the apartment association to the agreed schedule.

If the patrol team notice anything suspicious or any real danger to the property or residents of the apartment association building, then they immediately notify the G4S security centre and the apartment association contact person of it and either handle the situation themselves or call the police and the rescue services.
