You can select the security service that is right for you based on the nature of the site that requires security and required patrol team response time.
Full service
If an alert is received at the G4S command centre, a G4S patrol team will arrive on the scene promptly. The site will be checked and the customer’s contact person – and the police, rescue services or both if necessary – will be notified of the situation. A G4S patrol team will arrive at the scene in the case of any alert. The fee for the outcall is included in the monthly service fee (not including alerts priced separately). If the incident was a false alarm triggered by the customer, the alert can be cancelled in the first minute using the password.
The full service includes:
- Around-the-clock electronic monitoring of the alarms and sensors on the site by the G4S command centre;
- Outcall fee for patrol unit (not including in the case of separately priced alerts).
Combined service
If an alert reaches
the G4S command centre from the site, the customer will be notified first,
allowing the customer to decide whether the patrol team should be summoned to
the scene or not. If the contact person wants the security site to be checked,
a G4S patrol unit will be dispatched without delay. The site will be checked
and the customer’s contact person – and the police, rescue services or both if
necessary – will be notified of the situation. If the customer cannot be
reached within three minutes of the alert, a G4S patrol unit will be sent to
the scene as well. If the incident was a false alarm triggered by the customer,
the alert can be cancelled in the first three minutes using the password.
The combined service includes:
- Around-the-clock electronic monitoring of the alarms and sensors on the site by the G4S command centre;
- Notification of customer or contact person of alerts recorded at security site and, based on the customer wishes, dispatch of a patrol unit to the scene (additional charge for dispatching the patrol unit).

Information service
If an alert reaches
the G4S command centre from the site, the customer or their contact person is
notified.
The information service includes:
- Around-the-clock electronic monitoring of the alarms and sensors on the site by the G4S command centre;
- Notification of the
customer or their contact person of alerts recorded at the security site.
Fire protection service
If a fire alarm is received at the G4S command centre from the security site, a G4S patrol team will arrive on the scene promptly to determine the reasons for the alarm. The customer or their contact person shall be notified by telephone of the alarm signal received. If the patrol team finds a fire hazard at the scene, the Rescue Board and the customer or their contact person will be notified. If the incident was a false alarm triggered by the customer, the alert can be cancelled in the first minute using the password.
Fire protection
includes:
- Around-the-clock electronic monitoring of the fire alarm system on the site by the G4S command centre;
- Notification of customer or contact person of fire alarms and dispatch of a patrol unit to the scene (additional charge for dispatching the patrol unit).
Outcall fee for patrol

Outcall service
G4S Outcall is intended for those who use a local burglar alarm system to protect property and the system is not connected to the G4S command centre. The customer will receive a notification of an alarm over the telephone. If the customer joins G4S Outcall, it can call the alarm into the G4S Eesti command centre, identify themselves with a password and ask for a patrol unit to be dispatched. The patrol unit outcalls are priced according to the price list.
The outcall service includes:
- Readiness to answer the customer’s phone calls and to dispatch a patrol unit to check the site (additional charge for dispatching the patrol unit).
