An international group

G4S is an international group which specialises in providing security services. The group’s consolidated turnover in 2010 was 7,397 billion pounds. G4S has subsidiaries in more than 125 countries worldwide, employing more than 635 000 people in total, which makes the group the biggest employer in the world in security services. The shares of G4S are listed on the London and Copenhagen Stock Exchanges and on the secondary list of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.


G4S Eesti

G4S operates in Estonia as a corporation. G4S Eesti has divisions in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Jõhvi. The G4S Eesti corporation has an annual turnover 55 million euros and almost 3 100 employees. G4S has more than 45 000 long-term customers and 49,25 percent share of the market in Estonia for security services and 58,4 percent share of the Estonian surveillance services market (Estonian Security Association 2010). G4S has earned a good reputation among its customers mainly due to the high quality of its services and its top quality customer service. G4S Eesti has received the international ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate. All divisions in the corporation follow the requirements of this standard in their operation.

G4S Eesti has an international insurance policy for operating risk liability of 5 million pounds.

G4S Eesti has achieved the credit rating excellent (AAA) based on 2010 economic data.
