Technical surveillance connects your existing local alarm system to the G4S security centre by radio and/or a telephone modem.

As soon as we receive an alarm at our security centre, the nearest armed patrol team is immediately sent to the site to find out what has caused the alarm. We notify your contact person about the event and the police and/or rescue services are notified if necessary.

• Full technical surveillance service

As soon as an alarm from your site is received at the G4S security centre, a G4S patrol team immediately goes to the site. You or your designated contact person are informed about the alarm, and the police and rescue services are also notified if necessary.

A G4S patrol team goes to the site every time the alarm goes off and the patrol team call-out is covered by the price of the service (except for alarms specified in the price list). You can cancel the alarm by giving your password.

• Combined technical surveillance service

When an alarm from the site is received at the G4S security centre, you or your designated contact person are informed about it.

If we cannot contact you within 3 minutes, a G4S patrol team is sent to the site.

If you want to cancel the alarm, you can do so within 3 minutes of the G4S security centre receiving the alarm signal, by calling the security centre and giving your password.

The fee for each call-out of a patrol team is 15.98 EUR.

The main advantage of this service is that you can clear up any false alarms without the intervention of a patrol team and the service is cheaper than the full technical surveillance service.
